Phenomenon Facilities

These buildings are basically scattered throughout the Eastern Claim within the Appalachian Mountains, though are actually primarily concentrated relatively close to New Serenity's eastern borderline. If you're not already a member of the Phenomenon, you probably either got abducted and were taken to these facilities, or decided to venture out into the Eastern Claim and found yourself here. Huh. Well, either way, it'll be Hell if you tried to escape, so...yeah. Look around as much as you can or hustle out of here right now- because it probably won't be long until some of the Phenomenon personnel figure out you're here and take you in as their newest test subject.
